I really wanted to share some brief moments in the form of photos from the road trip I currently am on. Of course not all my experiences and findings on this escapade in Finland are material that suit this blogs theme. Of these photos 3/4 are goth-y. I hope you'll enjoy them!
These are from Oulu, a Finnish city with a distinguished university, long history and currently it is the most Northern place I've been so far.
Here you can see a beautiful row of designer shops, that are situated at the harbor area.
This is from OMA the Oulu Museum of Art: a really creepy work of art. I'll tell more about it in another post!
From the streets of this Northern city: an interesting sticker I saw on the street. The word mora means a knife and it originates from Sweden, though this might be a band's advertisement.
Finally: a cute gothy bag and old photos I bought.
I'm assuming that the 1/4 no -gothy pic is the row of houses. I don't know... Given the right context, they could appear creepy :D They're quite attractive and I love the red.
ReplyDeleteNice bag! Can't wait to read your post on the creepy artwork.
Hope you're having a great time!
Thank you! I too found the red houses lovely and could not stop myself from posting them. :D Not super goth-y, at least for now.
DeleteSeems like a great start on your road trip! hope you are having fun!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I did and now I'll try to post about the things I saw. ^_^
DeleteOooh, I can hardly wait to find out more about that creepy little girl! :D
ReplyDeleteI shall introduce her better by the end of this week! :D
DeleteThe creepy little girl definitively is a teaser, but I'd also love to see some pics of Finland - I have only been to Helsinki yet!
ReplyDeletehave to agree with the gardener, im sure you would be able to find a nice story to add that goth-y stamp to it! and i really hope you will tell us about that creepy girl soon!! already looks amazing without backstory!
ReplyDeleteI was just writing about her when I saw your comment, so I decided to publish the post about her immediately. :D I am so excited that others too find these works of art fascinating! *^_^*
DeleteLove the bag and old photos! Those shops look very old fashioned and cool!
